This horror film has a scene where a girl in a blue dress is attacked by some santa mask guy. When he pushes he on the bed she kicks him in the balls. not much reaction.

Guy is tied up to a bed and Teri Hatcher's character says "We've decided to castrate you." Also 3 scenes with Teri Hatcher's feminist roommate Kim (Lara Harris): 1) They are discussing TH's cheating bf and LH suggests cutting his nuts off; 2) The bf breaks into their apartment and LH holds a knife near his crotch; 3) After capturing the bf, LH and TH suggestively chop up phallic-shaped vegetables with a knife as they try to decide what to do with him. All happen in the first 40 minutes of the movie.
