After knocking the Phantasm (played by Delany) down onto her back, Joker crouches over her then hold her wrists down with his hands. While he's taunting, the Phantasm looks down at her legs, then quickly slams her knee into his groin. As the Joker cups himself, she says "You're not laughing Joker!"
