Netflix movie titled the deliverance. Actress is really pretty black woman
Teenage boy is bullying the main actresses son and he comes home with a black eye. The mom walks down the street approaches the bully and gives him an extremely hard kick in the balls. He drops and she pushes his face and says go get your mom I'll drop her next. He can't move and is clutching his nuts looking like he's coming to tears great reaction great kick and it's all onscreen. About 9-10 minutes into the movie
Towards the end of the movie actress gets pinned by a cave monster. She gets it to the ground, and swings a pick ax into its groin

A female stunt woman kicks her fellow stuntman/boyfriend in the balls in high heels whilst filming an action scene. You get to see it from two angles, between the legs then as a side shot, she then impales his hand with one of her heels afterwards! It occurs around the 55min mark.
Luigi (Gianluigi de Angeles) gets struck in the balls with a snooker cue by an unknown actress. Made even more painful by the fact he's naked at the time of bust takes place.
