In the final climax of the film, during an "elevator" fight between Alice (Milla Jovovich) and Dr. Isaacs (Ian Glen), he has her on the ground, with his foot on her chest, and she delivers an upward kick straight to his balls in order to free herself. The kick is very hard and by his moan, sound effect and reaction you can see she hurt him good. Very hot.

Just over an hour in (1:01:18), Alice (Jovovich) is fighting with a bunch of zombies. She stabs one right in the crotch, holds the knife there, and then slices them in half vertically. Extremely quick, and the reaction only lasts for a beat, but freeze-frame it and there's no question what happens.this is a good scene as the zombie cries in pain and she stares him in the eyes as she holds the knives in his balls and gives him a angry smirk before she pulls them out
Pinned down on her bed by the baddy Hilary gives him the knee.Average and little reaction -73 mins.

Halfway through the movie, Abby Arcane (played by Locklear) is taken to an underground laboratory by a rough security guard, who wishes to have his way with her. Realizing this, Abby pretends to have an interest in the security guard and makes him lower his defense by asking him a question on what her favorite type of operation is. When the security guard asks on what it is, Abby responds by saying that it's a vasectomy and through this, she quickly brings her right knee up very fast and strikes him directly in the groin, causing him to scream out in pain as Abby then grabs a nearby glass and smashes it over his head, knocking him down upon the ground and enabling Abby to get away from him in an instant. You can see that she's wearing pink slippers during the attack.
