Kida, the main female character knees a thug in the balls during a struggle. She is eventually subdued by others and is held down on her back with a man on top of her holding her arms. Before she gets led away, she knees the guy in the balls as a parting shot. Disney made no attempt to hide the ballbusting in this one.
Looks like there are gonna be a lot of busts in this one. In this clip, she's fighting a bunch of guards and kicks one in the nuts and immediately whips another one in the balls with a rope at 1:12. Looks like she might hit another guard in the groin with a baton at 1:25.

Fighting Eagle. Stars Sabrina Siani, I think. A sword and sorcery
flick where Ator has to destroy the spider kingdom. Well he meets this hot
blonde chick who kicks a few guys in the groin while swordfighting with
them. The busts aren't anything spectacular but I thought the chick
was hot. I'm pretty sure this was the title of the movie but there WAS
another Ator movie called Ator the Fighting Blade, I think. The IMDb
actually says there were four Ator movies.
Two scenes: 0:59:00 - A guy is visiting his gf at her sorority house. The elderly house mother (Mary Woronov) tells him he must be on his best behavior, because "if your crank sees the light of day, I'll cut it off with a rusty pipe wrench." 1:10:00 - a female tv news reporter (Mercy Malick) sees the brunette 50 ft cheerleader mugging for the tv camera and tells her cameraman "So help me Bob, if you're not getting this, I'll turn your nutsack into a coin purse."
