The hot back kick to a guy's nuts by Amanda Peet from the
trailer, is actually a kick to the guy's midsection. But don't
worry--- Peet kicks a guy HARD on-screen later in the movie. She's wearing
boots and she nails him good. There's also a scene where she uses an
electrical shocker on a guy's nuts. She makes a great brutal face as
she destroys his jewels. There's yet another scene where she delivers
a triple kick to an older guy's balls, although this isn't totally
on-screen. And finally, it's implied (or possibly shown--- you'd have
to look close) that she kicks and or drives her knee into a guy's nuts
while wearing a wedding dress..

In SAW VI Caroline Cave has a device on her head that will explode and to get it of she has to get a key which is in the body of some dude. They fight and after he punches her in the face she kicks him in the balls...very bad reaction though :(

The scene is very quick and it's not well
made.
But you can see William holding his balls and falls in pain on the
floor.
