This was a FOX News thing where they had like 8 news ladies learning self defense. The segment starts off with the ladies walking thru a dark parking lot when they are attacked some of the women, who were in heels and sexy clothes, went for the balls but no one really connected. Later all of them went to a self defense class, where it showed clips of them kneeing a man in the protective gear in the balls.
