In 'The one with Ross's tan
rachel wants to do it with joey, (shes barefoot), while she tries to seduce
him, she accidentally She puts one of her knees between his legs, then
Joey says in a shrieky voice No, no, no! You kneed me in my misters!',
she apoligises, afterwards he keeps his legs very close together with a

In the Episode 138 (a season 6
episode)called 'The One with Unagi (aka The One with the Mix Tape),' Aniston
and Kudrow take a self-defense class and Aniston comments about how
kicking a guy in the crotch all morning really takes it out of her.
In the second last episode of the last series of
Friends, Monica and Chandler are packing up their stuff in order to move
house... At the very end of the episode, Phoebe is packing Joey's pants
with padding, and then she knees him - rather brutally... Joey then
bends over slightly inititially not showing any real facial expression,
then he winces, says 'No, it doesn't work', and doubles up on the
floor. Added bonus - when she knees him, you hear the female members of the
oh so American audience giving it the old 'oooooooooo,' scream, and then laughing. Nice.
Episode 10x18: Anna Faris is having a baby, and is in the middle of labor. She says, "This hurts so much!" Chandler is unconvinced. Anna says, "Yeah? I think it's time to
kick you in the nuts and see which is worse."
Season 9 episode 4 "The One with the Sharks" Conversation supposedly goes: "If you hadn't just had a baby with my best friend I swear to Lucifer a rabid dog would be feasting on your danglers right now!" Around 14:45.

Not to be confused with the older
movie of the same name, this newer flick has an excellent on-screen kick
from a hot black girl wearing white socks. It's shot from behind and you see
her foot go up between his legs full force. This is a.k.a. Paranoid (I
think that's the title in Austrailia and eslewhere), but in the U.S.
it's on tape and DVD as FRIGHTMARE.
UPDATE: The girl is not black, and the kick is kind of quick, but if you slow mo it, it is quite nice.
