Near the very end of this highly acclaimed episode (Se5,Ep16), young Dawn (Michelle Trachtenberg) goes wandering off into the morgue area of the hospital in order to see her and Buffy's mother's fresh corpse. When Buffy (Gellar) tracks her down, a nearby corpse, who happens to be a vampire sits up, and he and Buffy get into a fight, during which she knees him so hard in the crotch she lifts him over a foot off of the floor. Filmed low from behind, so that the point of contact is off-screen, but it is still a good BB scene.
