Throughout the movie, Helen Slater goes for the balls as her first line of attack. The best two busts are at 13:34 and the middle, both to the same young guy.
The first is a knee that drops him right to the ground. The second is another knee: he is chasing Slater up an escaltor in a mall and she turns and knees him quickly as he's about to grab her @32:47. Some nearby teens laugh as he's doubled over. Seconds later, he can be seen staggering up the escalator while holding his balls. There's a couple of ambiguous ones later in the movie, but these are by far the best.

On the March 15th episode of "Legion" (season 1 episode 6):
Lenny (played by Aubrey Plaza) is standing up while David is sitting on the couch. She then takes her right foot and presses it down on his crotch to show her power over him and she keeps it there for about 10 seconds while she talks to him. Happens about 60 minutes into the 70 minute episode (includes commercials).
She's wearing a 'manly' outfit with black pants and black loafers, but she always looks cute nonetheless.
