Spanish action movie; Lead character is meting out revenge; 37min in she bursts in on a bad guy and kicks him several times, then she throws him on ground and toe-kicks hard twice between the legs. He screams in pain. Several minutes later (40min) she's got him tied up and is torturing him with a power drill to get information. With a crazed stare, she applies a hot iron right between his legs...you can see the steam rising as he yells loudly before passing out. Brutal justice to say the least.
